Dear NERVES Members,

As we close out another successful year, I want to reflect on our progress and share some exciting updates for the months ahead.

Our partnership with the American Association of Neurological Surgeons (AANS) continues to grow stronger, solidifying the collaborative bond that helps us better serve our members and the field of neurosurgery. This partnership is an incredible asset, and we are enthusiastic about the opportunities it will bring in the coming year.

Looking forward, the NERVES Board of Directors will meet in January for a strategic planning session. This meeting will lay the groundwork for our organization's future and ensure we stay focused on our mission of supporting practice administrators and leaders in neurosurgery.

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who participated in our recent Socio-Economic Survey. Your insights are invaluable and help shape our understanding of the challenges and opportunities in our field. And a special thanks to KSM for their expertise and support in conducting this vital project.

To our outstanding Annual Partners, your ongoing support is instrumental to NERVES's success. We sincerely appreciate your commitment to our mission and the value you bring to our members.

Equally, I want to recognize and thank the incredible volunteers who dedicate their time, energy, and expertise to support NERVES. Your contributions make all the difference; we couldn't do this without you.
