NeuroLinx Connections is the reimagined NERVES mentorship program—created to foster meaningful connections across the organization through both mentorship and peer collaboration. Designed for members at every stage of their career, the program offers a flexible, structured way to share knowledge, gain insight, and build lasting professional relationships within the neurosurgery community.

NeuroLinx Connections pairs NERVES members based on experience, interests, and goals—creating opportunities for:

  • Mentorship (mentor ↔ mentee)
  • Peer-to-peer connection (NEW)
  • Cross-regional networking
You’ll share your preferences in a short survey, and the Membership Committee will handle the rest.

Getting started is easy:

    Tell us about your experience, interests, and goals
  2. Get matched
    Connections are thoughtfully made based on alignment
  3. Build your connection
    Participate in an intro meeting and connect quarterly
  4. Stay engaged
    Continue your connection throughout the year

Program Expectations


Participants are expected to:

  • Participate in an introductory meeting
  • Connect at least once per quarter
  • Complete a 6-month check-in survey

Program duration is one year, with the option to continue your connection beyond.
