Cancellation Policy
Registration cancellations must be received in writing. Cancellations received on or before April 20, 2026 (seven business days prior to the conference) are entitled to a full refund less a $100 processing fee. No refunds will be awarded for cancellations beginning on April 21, 2026 or for no-shows.

 For stays between April 29th and May 1st, the NERVES room block rate is $269 per person, per night (single or double occupancy). Annual Meeting Scholarships
All NERVES members requesting a scholarship must complete an application request. A reimbursement up to and not exceeding $1,000 will be provided for each of the first five scholarship applicants (1st time applicants only). All receipts must be submitted no later than 30 days after the meeting. One scholarship will be provided per practice. Scholarships are for practice administrators who are active NERVES members only. Scholarships are non-transferable.
NERVES Reimbursement Policy: Up to $500 applied toward airline ticket or other travel costs will be reimbursed. The lowest room rate for accommodations at main meeting hotel will be reimbursed and only nights of the actual event dates are reimbursed. Meeting registration fees will be waived. Shuttle, taxi and/or car rental fees will not be reimbursed. No additional activity registration fees will be reimbursed. Meals that are not part of the meeting will not be reimbursed.
