Completing the NERVES Socio-Economic Survey
- You will need to open the linked Excel file and save it to your hard drive/network. Please save the file as the name of your practice (if you receive any messages regarding compatibility of formatting, please click "continue" and proceed with saving the file as is). You can then complete the survey at your convenience in different stages if you wish to do so. In other words, you do not have to complete the survey in one sitting. Simply re-save your changes each time you enter new data.
- Please complete the survey questions as completely as possible to the level of detail which you have available. Please refer to the instructions when completing the survey.

After you have completed the survey questions, please e-mail your completed survey Excel file to [email protected] by November 24th! Katz Sapper & Miller will email a confirmation upon receiving a completed survey. If you do not receive a confirmation email within seven (7) days of submission, send a follow up email to ensure receipt of a completed survey so that your data is included in the results and you receive a complimentary copy.
Last year, 71 practices contributed their practice data to the NERVES Survey, representing 645 Neurosurgeons, 317 Nurse Practitioners, 265 Physician Assistants, and 357 other providers! In 2021, we encourage our entire NERVES membership to complete the survey!
Please remember that participants in the Survey will receive a complimentary report of the Survey results. NERVES members who do not participate in the Survey and non-members may purchase the report for $2,000 and $2,500 respectively.
