Our client, a large, respected academic medical center in Southern NJ, is seeking a Chief Administrative Officer to lead its newly organized Neurology Institute. The Institute occupies an attractive 11,500 square foot facility located on the medical center campus. It will combine the center's related multidisciplinary resources to provide unsurpassed neurological care that will include a full range of services from sophisticated diagnostics to advanced rehabilitation as well as the most progressive medical and surgical treatments in virtually every neurological field. Clinical staffing includes 5 Neurosurgeons and 7 Neurologists with a wide variety of subspecialty training, as well as 2 Neuropsychologists and a Medical Oncologist. The Chief Administrative Officer will report to the Institute Director and will manage a staff that will include an Operations Director and Finance Director.
Requirements:
The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience in physician practice management including disease based care, physician network leadership, and hospital development along with in-depth knowledge of strategic and business development, experience with complex budgets and financial management. Background in and knowledge of Neuroscience practice leadership is preferred.

Position Title: Director of Neuroscience Service Line
Location: Southern Florida
Description:
A prestigious hospital, located in the heart of South Florida seeks a Director of Neuroscience Service Line. This candidate must demonstrate excellent analytical and presentation skills. Candidates must be skilled at writing a business plan and be a strong strategic planner, must thoroughly understand the business and clinical end of neuro, the market place competition of the Neurosciences and be adept at business development. The position will report to the Chief of Service Lines and the COO. Salary is very competitive for the area and relocation assistance will be provided.
Requirements:
A Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field and a minimum of five years of leadership experience in a progressive healthcare environment is desired. The hospital would prefer someone with an MBA but it's not mandatory.
Salary/Benefits:
Salary range - $115,000 to $130,000
