The Texas Brain and Spine Institute (TBSI) is recruiting a CEO to manage a busy neurosurgery practice and serve as administrative director of a multidisciplinary neuroscience institute. TBSI is located in Bryan-College Station Texas and is affiliated with Texas A&M Health Science Center College of Medicine. The neurosurgery practice within TBSI consists of 4 neurosurgeons and 4 midlevel providers. The overall institute encompasses over 30 physicians and scientists in neuro-related disciplines including neurology, neurosurgery, pain management, neuropsych, neuroradiology, and other fields.

The CEO should be MBA/MHA or equivalent experience. The successful applicant will have extensive experience in leadership and strategic planning for neurosurgery and/or spine practices. Experience in the development of ancillary services required.
