How to Register
To register, please follow the links above. For online registrations, follow the "register online" link. It will take you to the new NERVES Member Suite portal. You will need your username and password to gain access to the portal and register. If you have forgotten your username and password, click the "Forgot your password? Click here" link.
For mail/fax registrations, please complete the registration form and mail, with payment, to NERVES, 1300 Baxter St., Ste. 360, Charlotte, NC 28204; or fax, with credit card payment, to 704-365-3678. Registration and payment must be received by March 20th to receive the early bird discount. An e-mail confirmation will be sent to you within one week of your registration.
